Our team

Modern families need modern lawyers.  We are a close collaborative team with a personal approach.

Natalie is known internationally, not only as the UK's leading fertility lawyer but also for her gentle tenacity which has enabled much needed changes in the UK legal system.  Inspired by the lack of legal advice available when she built her own donor-conceived family in 2001, Natalie was the first solicitor to pioneer fertility law in the UK.

Natalie has been named in the Independent on Sunday's Pink List as one of the 100 most influential gay people in the UK, named as Times Lawyer of the Week, and nominated for Stonewall's Hero of the Year award for her defence of same sex parents.  In 2010 her work was recognised with an invitation to meet the Prime Minister at a 10 Downing Street reception.

Natalie is often interviewed by the BBC and in the national press, and is a regular voice on the BBC Radio 4 Today Programme and Woman's Hour.  She cares profoundly about improving the experience of families created through assisted reproduction and in non-traditional family structures.

Chambers and Partners, 2014:

Natalie Gamble is held in high regard by peers and clients for her specialism and expertise in all children matters, and particularly their strength in assisted reproduction, surrogacy and same-sex parenting. One client describes Natalie as "passionate and extremely knowledgeable in this specialist field, offering insightful and pragmatic advice in a calm and reassuring way during the most challenging and stressful time of our lives."
