Natalie Gamble
Natalie is known internationally, both as the UK's leading fertility lawyer and for her gentle tenacity which has enabled much needed changes in the UK legal system. Inspired by the lack of expert legal advice available when she built her own donor conceived family in 2001, Natalie pioneered the creation of fertility law as a legal practice area in the UK, first at law firm Lester Aldridge LLP where she worked between 2001 and 2009 and then by setting up her own firm.
A passionate champion of same sex parents and fertility patients, Natalie has been at the forefront of making change in Parliament, in the media and in court for many years. She was invited to meet Prime Minister Gordon Brown at a 10 Downing Street reception in 2010 recognising her contribution, and named in the Independent on Sunday's prestigious Pink List as one of the 100 most influential gay and lesbian people in the UK. Natalie has been nominated for the Stonewall Hero of the Year Award; and named as the Times Lawyer of the Week. She is regularly invited to speak at global conferences representing the UK, and is one of the few international members of the American Bar Association's Assisted Reproductive Technologies Committee.

Helen Prosser
Caring, energetic and creative, Helen supports the firm in a management role, and is responsible for our business development and direction, as well as managing the practicalities of running the firm. Our work goes beyond our client work and Helen spearheads our campaigns and, alongside Natalie, drives the firm’s innovative approach. With nearly 20 years in marketing and business development in the legal world as well as in the commercial world, Helen worked with Natalie at the early stages of her career and helped support her initial focus on fertility law, re- joining the team in 2011.

Nicola Scott
Nicola is passionate and empathetic and often the first port of call for clients seeking insight into the complexities of fertility law. As the firm's first trainee solicitor, Nicola assists Natalie with the firm’s legal work.
Nicola’s existing passion in fertility law stemmed from her law degree. She received a first class mark for her final year dissertation on donor conception, surrogacy, parental status, and differences between the legal treatment of heterosexual, gay, single and trans-gender parents, the availability of identifying information about donors, and the parental responsibility of mothers, fathers, and non-biological parents.

Sarah Adlem
Positive, calm and approachable, Sarah provides invaluable support in all aspects of the team’s legal work, as well as managing the office. Having worked with Natalie previously, Sarah rejoined Natalie and the team in November 2010. Her wealth of office experience, both outside and within the legal field, and specifically relating to fertility law, ensures the safe running of our office and our work.
