Nicola Scott
Nicola is a paralegal and an integral member of the team at Gamble and Ghevaert.
Nicola is legally trained (with an LLB Honours Law degree and postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice) and came to Gamble and Ghevaert with an existing passion for fertility law.
For her final year undergraduate dissertation, for which she received a first class mark, Nicola researched the law on donor conception, surrogacy, parental status under English and European law, differences between the legal treatment of heterosexual, gay, single and trans-gender parents, the availability of identifying information about donors, and the parental responsibility of mothers, fathers, and non-biological parents.
Nicola also has a background in business, including assisting an international property company.
