Fertility law services for professionals
We provide legal support, advice and training to professionals and organisations working in the fertility sector, in relation to patient issues. Our pre-eminent experience working with families gives us leading expertise in the areas of surrogacy, donor conception (eggs and sperm), known donation and co-parenting, consent to treatment, embryo and gamete storage, and embryo and gamete import and export.

We have acted as expert advisors to the HFEA's Ethics and Law Advisory Committee, and the Department of Health, and work with several leading national fertility clinics, as well as giving advice to leading patient charities including COTS, Surrogacy UK, the Donor Conception Network, the Progress Educational Trust and Stonewall.
